since i have oily eye lid, when i use eyeliner its easyly smudge and make my eyes look like panda 0_o.... so.. the best eyeliner for oily eyelid is gel eyeliner. after surveying cheapest gel eyeliner, i decide to buy pixy gel eyeliner

yay: cheap, around 30.000 IDR. smudge proof , water proof :)
nay: it dryfast on the bottle, just a month then it hard to use. i try to put it in magicjar, then i even give eyedrop on it but it not work :(
