3 step to stay health on winter

winter come... or if i may say "welcome rainy days :P". if this season coming cough and flu always come along. i hate being sick because it hurt, uncomfortable, wasting my productive time and money too >,<. here some tips to stay health based my experience



1. jogging

 i hate sport if i may say. thats why my imunity so weak. so i did jogging twice a week (not in the middle of the rain, this pic too dramatic lol)  in morning or if i didnt make it i do it on afternoon. its make my immunity stronger to defeat flu

2. take a shower with antiseptic
Antiseptics (from Greek ἀντί anti, "against"[1] and σηπτικός sēptikos, "putrefactive"[2]) are antimicrobial substances that are applied to living tissue/skin to reduce the possibility of infectionsepsis, or putrefaction. Antiseptics are generally distinguished from antibiotics by the latter's ability to be transported through the lymphatic system to destroy bacteria within the body, and from disinfectants, which destroy microorganisms found on non-living objects.

i guess, its kill the flu. after i change my beautifull smooth skin soap into this one i recovered faster from flu

3. vitamin
 you are what you eat.
if you eat crap you got a poor health
